We are starting off this year with something different from the conventional talk. Instead we will be featuring our own version of Antiques Roadshow, the popular and long-running programme which has featured on BBC Television since 1979 and is still going strong.
Our own “expert” for the day will be Philip Stone. Philip will bring along a few items himself, but the main thing is for members to bring anything they wish to have examined and to find out more about.
As always our meetings start at 2pm and light refreshments will be served at the end of the meeting. Entry for members is free, or £2.50 for visitors.
